About the role

Role Overview

Scrum Master (Remote) supporting agile delivery within the banking and finance software solutions domain.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate Lean-Agile leadership and help the team adopt SAFe principles and practices.
Facilitate core scrum ceremonies:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Stand-ups
- Retrospectives
Collaborate with the Product Owner to clarify business and systems requirements and maintain a healthy backlog.
Help the team meet sprint goals and drive continuous improvement in team efficiency.
Track PI and sprint goals, including dependencies and risks, using Azure DevOps.

Requirements

Significant experience in agile project management, with strong grounding in advanced analytics and data visualization.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer.
Scrum/SAFe certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe SSM, SAFe RTE, or SPC).
Hands-on experience with agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or VersionOne.
Strong knowledge of the SAFe framework and experience implementing it on real projects.

Preferred Qualifications

10+ years of agile project management experience.
5+ years as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer.
Advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Familiarity with banking industry standards and regulations.
Hands-on experience with data engineering (as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or Tester).
