Scrum Master - Remote or Hybrid

Role Overview

Scrum Master supporting an Agile transformation in a hybrid (remote/in-office) environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach teams on Agile practices and principles to improve product delivery
• Facilitate Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, including Sprint Planning and Daily Scrum
• Resolve conflicts and remove impediments to keep feature delivery on track
• Partner with Product Owners to adapt to changing requirements
• Promote the organization’s progress toward higher Agile maturity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or equivalent experience
• 3–4 years of product or project development experience using an Agile framework
• At least 2 years of experience in traditional project management
• Scrum Master certification (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional Agile or project management certifications
• Experience managing and mentoring teams
• Customer service mindset; ability to direct junior team members
• Knowledge of SDLC models and traditional project management principles
• Ability to create Kanban boards, dashboards, and reports
