About the role

Role Overview

Joveo AI is hiring a Scrum Master (Remote) to facilitate agile delivery for one or more product engineering teams. You will protect the agile process, remove blockers, and help teams work fast, focused, and continuously improve.

Responsibilities

Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
Remove impediments and escalate blockers the team can’t resolve
Coach teams on agile principles and help them mature their practices
Track team velocity, sprint metrics, and delivery health
Collaborate with product managers to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog
Support cross-team coordination in scaled agile environments

Requirements

Proven experience as a Scrum Master for software engineering teams
Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile delivery principles
Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills, especially in distributed settings
Ability to balance process adherence with a pragmatic delivery mindset

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent)
Familiarity with agile tooling such as Jira, Linear, or Azure DevOps
