About the role

Role Overview

Joveo is hiring a Scrum Master (Remote) to facilitate agile delivery for one or more product engineering teams. You will protect the agile process, remove blockers, and coach teams so they can deliver fast, focused, and continuously improving outcomes.

Responsibilities

Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
Remove impediments and escalate blockers the team can’t resolve
Coach teams on agile principles and help mature agile practices
Track velocity, sprint metrics, and overall delivery health
Collaborate with product managers to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog
Support cross-team coordination in scaled agile environments

Requirements

Proven experience as a Scrum Master for software engineering teams
Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile delivery principles
Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills, including for distributed teams
Ability to balance process adherence with pragmatic delivery focus

Nice-to-Haves

Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent)
Familiarity with agile tooling such as Jira, Linear, or Azure DevOps
