About the role

Role: Scrum Master (Remote)

Joveo is hiring a Scrum Master to facilitate agile delivery for one or more product engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Facilitate agile ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
Remove impediments and escalate blockers the team can’t resolve
Coach teams on agile principles and help mature agile practices
Track delivery health using metrics such as velocity and sprint metrics
Collaborate with Product Managers to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog
Support cross-team coordination in scaled agile environments

Requirements

Proven experience as a Scrum Master for software engineering teams
Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile delivery principles
Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills, especially for distributed teams
Ability to balance process adherence with a pragmatic delivery focus

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent)
Familiarity with agile tooling such as Jira, Linear, or Azure DevOps
