Scrum Master (Remote, EST / W2)
Overview
Support an IT organization responsible for EPIC modules. This is a 3-month Scrum Master engagement working EST hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Scrum processes for digital/product development teams
- Support Agile practices and help drive Agile transformations
- Coordinate work across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Use Jira to manage and track project progress
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master (preferably in digital or product development teams)
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with a track record of successful Agile transformations
- Proficiency with Jira for project management and tracking
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and inspire teams
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Nice-to-haves
- Experience on automation projects
- CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or equivalent Agile certification
