Role overview

Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery and help teams improve execution, communication, and continuous process effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum to build a culture of collaboration and shared ownership
Identify, escalate, and resolve impediments/blockers that slow productivity or sprint progress
Manage and prioritize product backlogs with product owners, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Monitor sprint metrics and team performance, providing data-driven insights and optimization recommendations

Requirements

3+ years proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar Agile coaching role
Strong knowledge of the Scrum framework, Agile methodologies, and best practices
Excellent facilitation and coaching skills for complex challenges
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across organizational levels
Proficiency in sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning

Preferred qualifications

CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or equivalent Agile certification
Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or other scaling methodologies
Experience in software development or technology-driven environments
Familiarity with Kanban or Lean principles
