About the role

Role: Scrum Master

Facilitate Scrum delivery and continuous improvement while helping teams coordinate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum events and coach teams to self-organize and continuously improve
Foster collaboration between Scrum Teams and stakeholders; mediate conflicts
Identify and remove impediments using empirical data to drive improvements
Collaborate with product teams on backlog management and support roadmap development
Facilitate quarterly planning and track team goals

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or information technology, or 3 years of related work experience
Minimum 3 years working as a Scrum Master or on a Scrum Team
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification (preferred)
Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
Practical experience applying multiple Agile frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

Experience teaching and mentoring Scrum and Agile principles
Understanding of business strategy techniques (e.g., Lean Startup, Prioritization Matrices)
Knowledge of CI/CD and emergent architecture in iterative development
Ability to build simple automations in Jira and Slack to support Scrum practices
Familiarity with GitHub Actions
