About the role

Role Overview

Scrum Master for a full-time opportunity with a health and human services technology organization, with flexible remote work.

Responsibilities

Coach teams to improve solutions, business results, and processes
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Stand-ups
- Retrospectives
Identify and remove impediments blocking team delivery
Ensure clear communication between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders
Track and communicate team metrics to maintain stakeholder transparency

Requirements

3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Scrum Master Certified: SSM, CSM, or PSM (or similar)
At least 2 years engaging stakeholders and technical resources to analyze user needs
Strong technical aptitude and experience leading teams delivering quality software

Nice to Have

SAFe certification (preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (and another Agile competency such as Product Owner or Developer)
Experience in Agile organizations using Scrum, XP, Kanban, or SAFe
Experience applying Lean Thinking in large organizations
