Role Overview

Soccer Shots – Orange County is seeking a passionate Scrum Master to join its growing team. You will drive agile delivery by enabling collaboration, continuous improvement, and effective execution across the team.

Responsibilities

Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile and Scrum best practices
Remove impediments/blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution
Track and report team velocity, sprint progress, and key Agile metrics
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration
Act as a liaison between Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders
Support the Product Owner in maintaining and refining a healthy product backlog

Requirements

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (or equivalent Agile certification preferred)
2+ years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
Strong understanding of the Scrum framework, Agile methodologies, and Kanban
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello
Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about servant leadership

Nice-to-Haves

Agile certification equivalent to CSM

$85,500 – $125,500 per year
