About the role

Role Overview

Scrum Master to support Agile software development teams working in two-week sprint cycles. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and help the team maintain focus, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master for Agile software development teams in two-week sprints
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including:
- Sprint planning
- Daily stand-ups
- Retrospectives
Partner with stakeholders to support successful delivery outcomes and track team performance
Remove impediments and help teams sustain momentum
Mentor and support junior team members and promote Agile best practices

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years of professional experience supporting software development, project delivery, or Agile programs
Experience serving as a Scrum Master on Agile software development projects
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software delivery lifecycles
Excellent communication, facilitation, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Agile certification such as CSM, PMI-ACP, CSP, SAFe, or similar
Experience supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM), authentication, or SSO platforms
Experience supporting federal government agencies
