Scrum Master

Role Overview

Scrum Master supporting delivery of projects for top global clients in an IT Services & Consulting environment with a work-from-anywhere culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage Omni-channel and telephony projects from planning through successful delivery.
• Coordinate work across systems integration and data architecture concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure smooth execution.
• Proactively identify project risks and drive mitigation plans.
• Maintain and update project artifacts including:
  • project documentation
  • business flows
  • retrospectives
  • status reports

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Release Management, or Release Train Engineering.
• Experience managing Omni-channel and telephony-related projects.
• Strong understanding of systems integration and data architecture.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in cross-functional environments.
• Hands-on experience with collaboration/project tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with both business and technical teams.
• Excellent organization, documentation, and process improvement skills.
