About the role

Role overview

Serve as a Scrum Master for cross-functional development teams supporting cloud-native application modernization and migration within the national security and information technology space.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Security teams to support backlog prioritization
Identify and remove impediments to maintain team productivity and focus
Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
Support teams delivering modernization and migration initiatives

Requirements

Minimum experience: 8+ years (BS/BA), 6+ years (MS/MA), 3+ years (PhD), or 12+ years (high school diploma)
US Citizen
Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
Scrum Master experience in software development or cloud engineering teams
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and scaling approaches

Preferred qualifications

Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
