Role Overview

Scrum Master for Agile software development teams using two-week sprint cycles.

Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master for Agile software development teams running two-week sprints
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including:
- Sprint planning
- Daily stand-ups
- Retrospectives
Partner with stakeholders to support successful delivery outcomes and track team performance
Remove impediments and help teams maintain focus, productivity, and momentum
Mentor and support junior team members and promote Agile best practices

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of professional experience supporting software development, project delivery, or Agile programs
Experience serving as a Scrum Master on Agile software development projects
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software delivery lifecycles
Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant Agile certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, CSP, SAFe, or similar
Experience supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM), authentication, or SSO platforms
Experience supporting federal government agencies

Compensation & Work Style (as stated)

Salary: up to $140,000 annually
