About the role
Role Overview
Scrum Master (Payer-Provider Integration) supporting Agile delivery across payer, Epic, and provider teams in a healthcare context.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate work across payer, Epic, and provider teams.
- Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables; track dependencies and mitigate risks.
- Maintain documentation, dashboards, and executive reporting for transparency.
- Drive accountability for sprint commitments; escalate issues to enable cross-organization resolutions.
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
- Experience in Epic and/or healthcare payer environments.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
- Proven experience managing multi-organization initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with FHIR, APIs, and EDI.
- Familiarity with payer-provider contracting workflows.
- Experience in CMS-regulated environments.
