About the role

Role Overview

Remote Scrum Master to lead and support the delivery of agile projects by facilitating Scrum events, tracking progress, and keeping teams aligned with goals and timelines.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Track project progress and ensure delivery remains aligned with goals and timelines
Manage risks and issues; identify and mitigate delivery roadblocks
Provide status updates to stakeholders and communicate milestones and impediments
Promote adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices and drive accountability across cross-functional teams

Requirements

6–9 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Experience with project timeline management, risk/issues management, and stakeholder communications

Contract / Employment Details

6-month W2 contract with benefits
Must be authorized to work full-time in the country of application; no sponsorship
