Role overview

Miratech is hiring a Scrum Master to manage Omni Channel telephony projects and ensure successful delivery across systems, applications, and cross-functional teams. You’ll coordinate project execution end-to-end, proactively manage risks, and drive process improvements to meet timeline, scope, and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

Manage Omni Channel and telephony projects from planning through delivery
Coordinate work across systems integration and data architecture efforts
Oversee multiple concurrent projects while maintaining timelines, scope, and quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure smooth execution
Run recurring status meetings, track action items, and provide regular project updates
Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans
Maintain and update project artifacts: project documentation, business flows, retrospectives, status reports
Communicate progress, risks, and technical details to both business and technical stakeholders
Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to organizational standards

Requirements

5+ years experience in Project Management, Release Management, or Release Train Engineering
Experience managing Omni Channel and telephony-related projects
Strong understanding of systems integration and data architecture concepts
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in cross-functional environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (business + technical)
Experience delivering using Agile/Scrum and/or SAFe
Demonstrated risk management, issue resolution, and escalation handling
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
Strong organizational and documentation skills
