Scrum Master

Role: Scrum Master

Miratech is looking for a Scrum Master to manage Omni Channel telephony projects and ensure successful delivery across systems, applications, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Omni Channel and telephony projects from planning through successful delivery
• Coordinate work involving systems integration and data architecture concepts
• Run multiple concurrent projects while meeting timeline, scope, and quality targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure smooth execution
• Organize and lead recurring status meetings, track action items, and provide regular updates
• Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation plans
• Maintain/update project documentation, including business flows, retrospectives, and status reports
• Communicate progress, risks, and technical details to business and technical stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to organizational standards and best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Release Management, or Release Train Engineering
• Experience managing Omni Channel and telephony-related projects
• Strong understanding of systems integration and data architecture concepts
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in cross-functional environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe delivery methodologies
• Strong risk management, issue resolution, and escalation handling
• Hands-on experience with project/collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Excellent organization, documentation, and process improvement skills
