About the role

Role Overview

Lumicera is hiring a Scrum Master to support growth in its IT/product delivery efforts. The Scrum Master ensures work aligns with customer-focused objectives and the IT vision, acting as a bridge between Product Owners and development teams to help deliver high-quality products on time.

Responsibilities

Participate in Sprint ceremonies for assigned initiatives
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
Coach team members on Agile/Scrum and help increase Scrum maturity
Work with Product Owners to manage backlogs and incoming requests
Escalate barriers to completion to the manager
Create dashboards and documentation needed for initiatives
Manage and align internal/external customer expectations (including Navitus stakeholders)
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles blocking delivery

Requirements

4-year college degree and/or 3+ years of IT-relevant work experience
Understanding of Agile methodology
Experience working in a Scrum environment

Nice-to-Haves

Professional PBM and/or pharmacy industry experience
Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws
Healthcare practices and HIPAA knowledge
Experience in multi-disciplinary teams
Agile/Scrum Master training
Continuous deployment experience
Ability to participate in and support compliance program objectives

Schedule / Work Details

M–F, 8am–5pm CT
Remote work not available for residents of several listed US states
