About the role

Role Overview

Scrum Master and Technical Project Manager supporting Agile teams delivering cloud-native data and digital solutions for national security missions. You will guide Agile execution, align stakeholders across engineering and mission users, translate technical work into clear plans and measurable outcomes, and keep delivery accountable.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure efficient team execution
  • Guide Agile delivery by managing priorities and removing blockers
  • Drive delivery accountability and maintain alignment among stakeholders, engineers, and mission users
  • Translate complex technical efforts into clear plans, measurable outcomes, and mission impact
  • Support delivery of scalable data platforms, APIs, and analytics capabilities in a secure cloud environment

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting IT programs or technical project delivery
  • Experience serving as Scrum Master, Technical PM, or Agile Delivery Lead
  • Agile environment experience (Scrum or SAFe)
  • Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) systems, directives, and policies
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Secret clearance required
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting data platforms, analytics programs, or AI/ML initiatives
  • DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, or similar Agile/DevOps platforms
  • Cloud computing platforms such as AWS and cloud-native delivery models
  • Knowledge of data engineering/data science concepts (ETL/ELT, data lakes, analytics workflows)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Projected compensation range: $86,800–$198,000 (annualized, USD)
  • Full benefits including health, life, disability, retirement, paid leave, and professional development (eligibility depends on hours/threshold).
