Role Overview

Scrum Master (Engineering Leader & Scrum Master)

Location / Work Model

Northampton, CA — Remote
Contract duration: 1 year

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and agile execution for engineering teams
Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Support development of AI features, including:
- Developing AI agent capabilities
- Investigating and evaluating emerging AI technologies to identify new opportunities for improving the “Success Portal”
Maintain and develop AI assistant/data functionality, including:
- Collecting raw information from multiple sources and organizing it so the portal shows accurate, up-to-date insights for CSMs
- Monitoring and troubleshooting daily/weekly jobs to address any issues

Requirements (Mandatory)

Engineering leader experience along with Scrum Master leadership
Strong communication with stakeholders
Experience related to AI agent/AI feature development
Ability to research and evaluate emerging AI technologies
Data maintenance/development experience (ETL/ELT) and job monitoring
