Scrum Master II (Remote)

Role Overview

Scrum Master II (Remote) supporting product and software development teams in Arizona or North Carolina. You ensure teams follow Scrum framework values and Agile practices by mentoring, facilitating, and removing impediments to improve delivery and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Project coordination: Use Agile values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
• Facilitation & communication: Run daily team meetings, share progress with product stakeholders, and coordinate information exchange with external groups.
• Progress & impediment management: Monitor progress, provide timely feedback, ensure deadlines are met, and eliminate blockers.
• Business support: Plan and organize demos and product/system testing; ensure effective collaborative processes.
• Reporting: Track project processes, deliverables, and financials; prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Project Management experience in an IT organization, or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of Project Management experience in an IT organization.
• Certification: Scrum Master certification required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jira and Confluence, plus MS Office Suite and MS Visio.
• Strong Agile experience including SAFE/Kanban/Scrum.
