About the role

Role Overview

Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams in a mature engineering environment. The role is fully remote, but candidates must be based in Colorado. You will own sprint execution, remove impediments, and help drive predictable delivery in collaboration with DevOps and engineering.

Responsibilities

Facilitate execution and tracking of features across multiple Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery
Manage team capacity and support accurate sprint and program forecasting
Identify, escalate, and remove blockers proactively to ensure sprint success
Ensure teams adhere to Agile practices, performance expectations, and team agreements
Partner with DevOps, engineering, and stakeholders to drive predictable delivery using modern tooling
Use Jira and Confluence for sprint planning and tracking; leverage CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based systems

Requirements

5+ years of experience supporting Agile teams
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for sprint planning and tracking
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, release coordination, and DevOps practices
Strong facilitation and communication skills; ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders

Contract & Location

Rolling 6-month W2 contract position
Fully remote, Colorado-based candidates only (per client requirements)

Compensation & Benefits

$50–52/hr (W2)
