About the role

Role Overview

HTC Global Services is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to own and drive the team’s Scrum execution. You will partner with the Product Owner, support SAFe Agile practices, and ensure work items are well-defined, tested, and delivered successfully across upstream and downstream teams.

Responsibilities

Own the Scrum board in partnership with the Product Owner
Apply SAFe Agile methodology in day-to-day activities
Create and drive Scrum cards through to completion
Represent the team in cross-team ceremonies
Vet work items for strong:
- Business acceptance criteria
- Technical acceptance criteria
Ensure adherence to the Definition of Done and help evolve it
Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to align needs and delivery expectations
Ensure robust test plans are in place
Eliminate unvetted assumptions with close partner-team collaboration

Requirements

3+ years in a role supporting Scrum/Agile responsibilities listed above
Excellent critical thinking to bring clarity to complex situations
Self-starter mindset and eagerness to strengthen the team
Strong analytical skills to dig into work items and topics
Willingness to be hands-on with testing and validation

Nice to Have

Scrum Master or Advanced Scrum Master certification preferred
