About the role

Role Overview

Scrum Master (Agile Delivery) with 4+ years of relevant experience to facilitate and support Agile practices, primarily within Scrum teams. You will ensure Agile values and principles are followed while helping teams deliver high-quality products efficiently. Insurance domain knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Facilitate key Scrum events:
- Daily Stand-ups
- Sprint Planning
- Sprint Reviews
- Sprint Retrospectives
Facilitate additional Agile ceremonies as needed
Ensure Agile meetings are effective, collaborative, and focused on achieving Sprint goals
Coach teams on self-organization, cross-functionality, and accountability
Help team members understand Agile principles and practices
Empower teams to continuously improve processes and performance
Identify, track, and help remove impediments (issues and blockers)
Actively work to resolve issues impacting team productivity and delivery

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Experience facilitating Scrum events and other Agile ceremonies
Strong understanding of Agile values, principles, and practices
Ability to coach and mentor teams on self-organization, cross-functionality, and accountability
Experience identifying and resolving impediments and blockers

Nice to Have
