Scrum Master

Role

Scrum Master to coach a team to peak performance and ensure successful project delivery. You’ll champion Agile best practices, help stakeholders and team members understand them correctly, and drive process improvements using Agile tooling.

Responsibilities

• Coach the team to peak performance and support successful project delivery
• Champion Agile best practices and ensure correct understanding across team members and stakeholders
• Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow to drive process improvements
• Focus on achieving sprint goals and delivering projects that meet key outcomes
• Support Navy clients in modernizing systems and processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management
• Proven Agile experience with methodologies such as:
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Scrum
  • Kanban
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools: Jira and Confluence, plus Agile metrics
• Secret clearance required
• Bachelor’s degree
