Role Overview

Scrum Master coaching an engineering development team on Agile best practices and sustainable process improvements.

Responsibilities

Coach the development team on Agile methods, with emphasis on sprint goals and project success
Apply Scrum principles to resolve routine problems and improve ongoing processes
Facilitate Agile ceremonies:
- Sprint planning
- Sprint reviews
- Sprint retrospectives
Create and maintain detailed user stories, including:
- associated tasks
- acceptance criteria
Analyze and improve business processes with the project team
Maintain and manage the product backlog
Support QA and requirements validation

Requirements

2+ years experience as a Scrum Master for an engineering team
Proven experience with Jira, including managing/integrating Jira boards for multiple teams
Experience leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management
Ability to teach basic Agile framework concepts to technical teams
Secret security clearance
Bachelor’s degree
