Role Overview

Scrum Master coaching an engineering development team on Agile best practices to help ensure project success.

Responsibilities

Coach a development team on Agile best practices, with emphasis on sprint goals
Apply Scrum principles to resolve routine issues and drive sustainable process improvements
Facilitate key Agile ceremonies:
- Sprint planning
- Sprint reviews
- Sprint retrospectives
Create and document detailed user stories, including:
- Associated tasks
- Acceptance criteria
Analyze and improve business processes in collaboration with the project team
Maintain and manage a product backlog
Support QA and requirements validation

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for an engineering team
Proven experience with Jira, including managing/integrating Jira boards for multiple teams
Experience leading client delivery engagements and partnering with senior-level client management
Ability to teach Agile framework concepts to technical teams
Secret security clearance
Bachelor’s degree
