Role Overview

Scrum Master to coach a team to peak performance and ensure successful project delivery. You’ll champion Agile best practices, help teams and stakeholders understand and apply them correctly, and drive continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

Coach and support the team to achieve peak performance and deliver projects successfully
Champion Agile best practices and ensure correct understanding across team members and stakeholders
Drive process improvements using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow
Focus on achieving sprint goals and delivering outcomes aligned to project objectives
Support Navy clients in modernizing their systems and processes

Requirements

3+ years of experience in software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management
Proven experience with Agile methodologies, including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, or Kanban
Proficiency with Atlassian tools: Jira and Confluence (and Agile metrics)
Secret clearance required
Bachelor’s degree
