Scrum Master to coach a team to peak performance and ensure successful project delivery. You will champion Agile best practices and help align teams and stakeholders around sprint goals and key outcomes.

Champion Agile best practices and ensure correct understanding across team members and stakeholders
Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow to drive process improvements
Focus on meeting sprint goals and delivering projects aligned to key outcomes
Support Navy clients modernizing their systems and processes

Requirements

3+ years of experience in software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management
Proven experience with Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban
Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Agile metrics
Secret clearance required
Bachelor’s degree
