Role Overview

As a Scrum Master, you will coach a team to achieve top performance and support successful project delivery aligned with customer expectations. You will help ensure Agile principles are clearly understood by both the team and key stakeholders, while driving operational excellence for challenging Navy modernization work.

Use Jira and Confluence to support sustainable process improvements
Focus execution on sprint goals and key project outcomes
Drive operational excellence for Navy modernization efforts

Requirements

3+ years of experience in software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management
Proven experience with Agile methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, or Kanban
Proficiency with Atlassian tools: Jira and Confluence, plus Agile metrics
Secret security clearance required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
