About the role

Role Overview

As a Scrum Master, you will coach a team to peak performance and help ensure successful project delivery. You’ll champion Agile best practices and support the team in delivering against sprint goals and desired outcomes for Navy clients modernizing their systems and processes.

Responsibilities

Coach the team to achieve peak performance and effective delivery
Ensure correct understanding of Agile practices among team members and stakeholders
Drive process improvements using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow
Focus on achieving sprint goals and delivering projects that meet key outcomes

Requirements

3+ years of experience in software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management
Proven experience with Agile methodologies, including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, or Kanban
Proficiency with Atlassian tools: Jira and Confluence, plus Agile metrics
Secret clearance required
Bachelor’s degree

Competitive salary range: $86,900 to $198,000
