Role Overview

Scrum Master to coach an engineering development team on Agile best practices with a focus on sprint goals and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

Coach and support a development team using Agile best practices and Scrum principles
Facilitate Scrum events:
- Sprint planning
- Sprint reviews
- Sprint retrospectives
Resolve routine delivery/process problems using Scrum practices
Maintain and manage a product backlog
Write detailed user stories and define:
- Associated tasks
- Acceptance criteria
Analyze and improve business processes in collaboration with the project team
Support QA and requirement validation

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for an engineering team
Proven experience with Jira, including managing and integrating Jira boards for multiple teams
Experience leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management
Ability to teach Agile framework concepts to technical teams
Secret security clearance
Bachelor’s degree
