Role Overview
As a Scrum Master, you will coach a team to peak performance and ensure successful project delivery. You will champion Agile best practices, help teams and stakeholders understand and follow them, and drive continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Coach a team to achieve sprint goals and deliver projects that meet key outcomes
- Champion and reinforce Agile methodologies across the team and with stakeholders
- Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow to drive process improvements
- Support Navy clients in modernizing their systems and processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, or Kanban
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Agile metrics
- Secret clearance required
- Bachelor’s degree
