Role Overview

Scrum Master role focused on servant leadership of one or more Scrum teams and driving Agile adoption.

Responsibilities

Act as a servant-leader for one or more Scrum teams, promoting Agile principles and Scrum practices
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Stand-ups
- Sprint Reviews
- Retrospectives
- Backlog Refinement
Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum to improve productivity and collaboration
Identify and remove impediments blocking team progress
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog items are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for implementation

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent Agile certification
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development or IT projects
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or LeSS
Knowledge of Kanban, Lean, or XP practices
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Familiarity with SDLC and DevOps practices
