Role overview
As a Scrum Master (French fluent), you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, help the team stay focused by minimizing external disruptions, and support the Product Owner with backlog prioritization. You’ll also promote an Agile culture across stakeholders and help implement relevant tracking indicators.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong command of Scrum and Kanban
- French fluent and English proficiency
- Background knowledge in IT products (e.g., Intune, Active Directory, Azure, networking, Microsoft 365, virtualization) is a major asset
- Adaptable in complex business environments
- Ability to lead and unite multidisciplinary teams (e.g., developers, managed service providers, hosting/desktop teams)
Nice to have
- Scrum Master certification such as PSM, CSM, or SAFe
