About the role

Role Overview

Scrum Master for two parallel Full Stack Development teams, responsible for facilitating Agile delivery and ensuring predictable, high-quality sprint outcomes.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for two teams running parallel sprints:
- Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Refinement
Synchronize sprint cadences and coordinate release planning across both teams
Manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate release timelines
Identify and remove impediments, risks, and blockers with clear escalation paths
Track and report Agile delivery metrics to stakeholders (e.g., velocity, burndown, cycle time, sprint predictability)
Partner with Product Owners to maintain a refined backlog (2–3 sprints ahead) for both teams
Coach teams toward self-organization and continuous improvement; drive retrospective actions to closure
Shield teams from scope churn and manage stakeholder expectations on scope and timelines
Administer Jira / Azure DevOps boards, dashboards, and reporting
Enforce DoR/DoD and maintain story hygiene

Requirements

7–10 years IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master
Experience managing 2+ concurrent Agile teams
Strong understanding of SDLC for full stack development (front-end, back-end, APIs, CI/CD)
CSM or PSM certification (mandatory)
Expert-level experience with Jira/Azure DevOps
Proven cross-team dependency and release coordination experience
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
