Scrum Master - Enterprise Data Management

Role Overview

The Scrum Master enables effective, predictable, and value-focused delivery across Enterprise Data Management scrum teams. You’ll combine Agile discipline with facilitation, coaching, and delivery visibility to help teams execute work that is well understood, prioritized, and ready for execution.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (as needed), including:
  • Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Tasking
  • Daily Scrum, Sprint Demo, Sprint Retrospective
  • Ensure clear purpose, participation, and outcomes
• Coach and influence Agile adoption to improve team effectiveness, delivery outcomes, and organizational consistency
• Establish and reinforce Agile standards and team agreements, including Definitions of Ready and Done
• Reinforce transparency, alignment, and shared delivery responsibility to support self-organization
• Maintain visibility into commitments, progress, blockers, dependencies, and risks to enable informed decisions
• Identify, surface, and remove impediments to improve flow and delivery value (including stepping beyond role boundaries when necessary)
• Drive retrospective follow-through and continuous improvement with actionable feedback
• Use metrics and delivery insights to uncover improvement opportunities while avoiding unnecessary process overhead
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leaders, Tech Leads, and stakeholders to ensure work readiness
• Coordinate across other Scrum Masters when dependencies or shared deliverables require alignment
