About the role

Role Overview

Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Leader supporting cross-functional teams through an enterprise digital and Agile transformation. This is a high-visibility, delivery-focused role where you’ll drive execution, remove friction, and help scale Agile maturity.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure consistent sprint execution across cross-functional teams
Serve as a servant leader and coach to improve velocity, accountability, and delivery outcomes
Remove blockers and manage dependencies to keep teams focused
Partner with stakeholders to align delivery to broader business objectives
Track and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly
Promote continuous improvement through transparency and feedback
Help teams balance speed, quality, and scope in a dynamic environment

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience in Agile delivery environments
Experience working within Agile project teams and/or Agile frameworks
Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems in real time
Proven experience with cross-functional technical teams (e.g., engineering, product)
Excellent communication skills; ability to influence without authority
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification

Nice to Have

Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., CSP)
Experience in enterprise or regulated environments
Exposure to Agile transformation/scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)

Flexible work environment with remote capability; hybrid collaboration preferred in Brooklyn, OH
