Role Overview

Scrum Master (Freelance) at Breeze End Technology. You will coordinate the Scrum process with the team using Agile practices, helping improve team efficiency and removing obstacles that block delivery.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the Scrum process with the team in an Agile environment
Facilitate ceremonies and team meetings, including:
- Daily stand-ups
- Sprint planning
- Retrospectives
- Supporting sprint/demo and decision-making processes
Remove impediments for the Scrum team
Help Product Owners keep and refine the product backlog so it is ready for upcoming sprints
Support continuous improvement by acting as a safeguard for the team and enabling inspection/adaptation

Requirements

Experience with Agile and Scrum
Ability to coordinate Scrum ceremonies and support team management
Experience facilitating meetings and decision-making processes

Nice-to-haves

IT/startup experience or familiarity with small-to-mid-market business IT support environments
