Role Overview
Scrum Master to support Agile software development and facilitate Scrum ceremonies across delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Scrum
- Refinement
- Sprint Reviews
- Retrospectives
- Support Agile delivery using lifecycle management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, VersionOne).
- Leverage project management and/or customer success/CSM experience as needed to drive execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
- Experience facilitating core Agile ceremonies (listed above).
- Hands-on experience with Agile lifecycle management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, VersionOne).
- Project management background and/or CSM certificate.
- Experience with Medical or Financial systems.
Nice-to-haves
- Additional Agile tooling experience beyond those listed (Azure DevOps/Jira/Rally/VersionOne).
