About the role

Role Overview

Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead supporting enterprise-scale agile delivery initiatives for healthcare platforms. You will lead multiple cross-functional agile teams, drive Agile maturity and delivery predictability, and optimize Jira usage with executive-level reporting. The role also includes exposure to AI-enabled delivery practices.

Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Scrum Management
- Serve as Scrum Master for multiple cross-functional Agile teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews, and Backlog Refinement
- Apply Agile/Scrum best practices while adapting to enterprise healthcare delivery needs
- Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and dependencies affecting delivery
Agile Transformation & Coaching
- Lead Agile transformation initiatives across teams and programs
- Coach Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Leadership on Agile methodologies and delivery best practices
- Promote product-centric, outcome-driven delivery models
- Support implementation of Scrum, Kanban, ScrumBan, and SAFe where applicable
Jira Administration & Process Optimization
- Configure and manage Jira workflows, issue types, boards, dashboards, and automation
- Standardize Jira best practices across delivery teams
- Implement Jira automation to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
- Ensure accurate tracking, forecasting, and delivery reporting
Metrics, Reporting & Governance
- Build executive-level dashboards and reporting using Jira and related tools
- Track metrics such as velocity, sprint predictability, cycle time, burn-down, dependencies, and release readiness
- Provide delivery health updates to technology and business leadership
- Support governance/status forums with actionable insights
AI-Enabled Delivery Practices
- Use AI-assisted tools for backlog refinement, sprint forecasting, and delivery analytics
- Identify opportunities to improve Agile delivery with AI-enabled automation and insights
- Educate teams on practical and responsible use of AI in delivery management

Required Qualifications

10+ years experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead
Strong experience leading Agile transformation in enterprise environments
Expert-level Jira configuration, dashboards, reporting, and automation
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid Agile methodologies
Healthcare/payer/regulated environment experience (preferred)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills & Certifications

CSM, A-CSM, PSM II/III, or SAFe certifications
Experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro (or similar)
Experience with distributed/onshore-offshore teams
Exposure to AI-powered delivery/productivity tools
