About the role

Role: Scrum Master (3)

Plan, facilitate, and lead all Scrum ceremonies for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with Agile processes and relevant compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Scrum ceremonies including:
    • Sprint Planning
    • Daily Stand-ups
    • Demos
    • Backlog/Board reviews
    • Sprint Reviews
    • Retrospectives
  • Coach teams on Scrum principles and ensure consistent adherence to Agile practices for a self-organizing, high-performing team
  • Help break down work by decomposing epics and stories into actionable items (sub-stories, tasks, spikes)
  • Ensure stories progress through workflow steps to maintain transparency and delivery momentum
  • Identify, remove, and escalate impediments affecting productivity; keep focus on committed sprint work
  • Partner with Development Managers on planning, prioritization, and capacity management
  • Facilitate continuous improvement via retrospectives and feedback/performance insights
  • Schedule and facilitate backlog grooming sessions to keep upcoming work ready
  • Collaborate with PMO on delivery timelines and schedules (capacity planning, resource loading, forecasting)
  • Assess resource capacity, identify gaps, and support resource balancing strategies
  • Collaborate with clients/end users to clarify business requirements and align delivery output
  • Act as a liaison between development teams and product management to support governance and delivery standards
  • Monitor risks and delivery issues; escalate beyond the team when needed and drive resolution through management channels

Requirements

  • 10+ years overall experience, with 4+ years related experience in Robotics / Embedded / Manufacturing environments
  • Hands-on experience from a Scrum perspective with:
    • New Product Introduction (NPI)
    • GMP and new process development
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile and the Scrum framework
  • Hands-on experience with Scrum/Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, JAMA)
  • Experience managing multiple teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical/engineering field
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Solid understanding of basic project management principles

Preferred

  • Scrum Master Certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM))
