Role Overview

Scaled Agile Product Owner / Scrum Master Coach (Remote)

You will coach teams and leaders in adopting SAFe and scaled-agile delivery practices, helping organizations improve agility maturity through Agile transformation.

Responsibilities

Coach teams and leaders on SAFe and scaled-agile delivery practices
Onboard new teams into Scaled Agile methodologies
Develop runbooks, standard operating processes, and delivery playbooks
Identify skill gaps and facilitate upskilling for Product Owners and Scrum Masters
Support Agile transformation initiatives and improve team agility maturity

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field plus 10+ years of applicable experience; or Advanced degree plus 7+ years
U.S. Citizenship required (government contractual requirement)
Experience with PI Planning and Agile Transformation
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and metrics
Scaled SAFe Agile certification
Active experience as an RTE, Product Owner, or Scrum Master
Strong facilitation skills and passion for team development and Agile maturity

Preferred Qualifications

ITIL v4 certification
Organizational Change Management certification
