Role Overview

Sky Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams supporting Salesforce implementations and enhancements. The role emphasizes facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving on-time, high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Standups
- Sprint Reviews/Demos
- Retrospectives
- Backlog Refinement
Remove impediments and proactively address blockers affecting delivery teams.
Keep teams aligned on sprint goals and committed deliverables.
Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
Track and report sprint metrics such as velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams.
Coordinate cross-functional work with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, QA, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders.
Support release planning and delivery activities within Salesforce environments.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

7+ years delivering projects on the Salesforce platform.
Experience with Salesforce implementations in areas such as Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
Proven track record as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments.
Experience leading Salesforce implementation projects (not only O&M).
Strong understanding of Scrum/Agile.
Ability to identify and remove blockers while sustaining team productivity.
Collaboration experience with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Salesforce Administrators, QA teams, and stakeholders.
Knowledge of Salesforce release management, configuration/customization, integrations, and deployment processes.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, and Salesforce DevOps tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Scrum Master certification: CSM, PSM, or SSM.
Experience working in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environments.
Salesforce Administration and/or configuration experience.
Salesforce certifications (strong plus).
