Salesforce Platform Solutions Architect

Role Overview

Oscar is hiring a Salesforce Platform Solutions Architect to join its Marketing team. You will oversee the health, governance, and vision of Oscar’s Salesforce ecosystem (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud), bridging business needs with technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define and drive the Salesforce platform roadmap, translating business objectives into execution workstreams.
• Act as the primary liaison between Marketing, Data, Tech, and Growth Ops to convert complex requirements into technical solutions.
• Architect a unified marketing and sales technology stack and define shared infrastructure to eliminate silos and optimize the end-to-end customer journey.
• Define and enforce data integrity standards, including shared audience rules, naming conventions, and shared data models for cross-cloud synchronization.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships, including Salesforce account teams and implementation partners.
• Champion platform adoption through training programs and materials for teams to leverage new capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 6+ years designing, implementing, and managing Salesforce solutions in an enterprise environment across multiple clouds, especially Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• 4+ years experience in cross-cloud integrations and defining shared infrastructure for data synchronization and governance.
• Salesforce Certified: Application Architect and System Architect.
