About the role
Role Overview
Sales Operations Manager (Remote, US-based candidates only) to lead operational priorities around execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will be the primary Salesforce expert for the Services team and partner with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Salesforce expert for the Services team, managing both front-end and back-end configurations
- Design and implement Salesforce processes to improve operational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional projects aligned with leadership’s operational goals
- Partner with BI Analysts to ensure reliable data in Salesforce for accurate reporting
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in project delivery to improve efficiency
Requirements
- 5+ years of operations experience in a SaaS or consulting organization
- Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience, including Flow Builder and advanced reporting
- Experience managing operational workflows within professional services
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance business processes
