Sales Operations Analyst (EMEA & APJ)

Role Overview

Join Abnormal AI’s Sales Operations team as a Sales Operations Analyst for EMEA & APJ. You’ll be the primary operational point of contact for revenue-facing employees, owning key reporting initiatives, and driving opportunities for automation and improved operational processes.

Key Missions & Responsibilities

• Onboarding ownership: Act as the SOPS point of contact for new hires during their first 30 days, running and supporting formal onboarding sessions.
• Reporting evolution: Evolve the reporting framework to assess overall AE performance, partnering with the enablement team and Sales Leaders to create action plans.
• Field Operations initiatives: Create, distribute, and analyze key Field Operations reporting, including:
  • new hire ramp & tenured AE reporting
  • SPIFF tracking
  • payout eligibility reports
• Data hygiene & process improvements: Maintain strong data quality and lead operational initiatives to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Operational support: Manage multiple incoming requests and prioritize work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Hands-on Salesforce (SFDC) experience
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for data validation and light analysis
• 3–5 years experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a related function
• High attention to detail and a process-first mindset
• Ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize under pressure
• Clear professional written communication; comfortable in a Slack-heavy async environment

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with GTM tools such as Outreach, Gong, Highspot, or comparable platforms
• Experience with Sigma, Gong, or other BI/reporting platforms
• Prior experience in help-queue/ticketing/triage environments (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, Slack-based)
• Exposure to territory management, quota setting, or SPIFF program administration
• Background in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
