Role Overview

Sales Jedi (SaaS) — 100% remote across Europe. Join Creative Force’s global sales team to help recruit new clients and turn prospects into long-term supporters through a consultative, team-supported sales process.

Responsibilities

Help prospects identify the specific value they’re seeking in the product
Collaborate with a diverse international team to stay at the leading edge
Become a product expert and confidently answer prospect product questions
Develop SaaS expertise in recognition programs
Use and master the sales technology stack
Support the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close
Run consultative sales conversations and live demos
Work to measurable performance goals

Requirements (Essentials)

Minimum 1 year proven success in SaaS sales or a similar role
Must live in Europe
Self-motivated and disciplined (key for remote work)
Digital-native with enthusiasm for technology
Strong communication skills
High energy, humour, passion, empathy
Genuine interest in helping people with real value
Commitment to continuous improvement
Access to fast, reliable internet and a distraction-free workspace
