Join AlphaSense as a Sales Engineer, where you will oversee the implementation of large client rollouts and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure success. This post-sales focused role will serve as the bridge between pre-sale technical implementation and post-implementation account rollout. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a successful implementation and rollout of our Enterprise Intelligence product for both new and existing/upsell customers. Key missions: Oversee the implementation of large client rollouts and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure success.. Manage the post-sale implementation process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a seamless transition for clients.. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor and report on team and individual performance. Profile: - This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and experience creating and documenting playbooks for large scale rollouts - Robust problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - A systems thinker with a proven track record of turning processes that lack structure into effective, repeatable, scalable programs - Ambitious, with impeccable integrity and curiosity - Passionate about learning and always seeking the next challenge - Comfortable analyzing and leveraging data to inform decision making - Experience with any/all of the following: Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, Catalyst - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment - Obsessed with adding value to the client experience - At least 4+ years of experience as an implementation manager, customer-facing project manager and/or in enterprise customer success
